Advance Payment Required – All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of advance payment.
Identity Proof Mandatory – Guests must carry a valid identity proof at the time of check-in.
Driver Accommodation – To ensure a comfortable experience for all guests, we do not provide accommodation or meals for drivers within the hotel. However, we would be happy to assist in arranging alternative accommodations if required.
Accommodation Guarantee – In the rare event that unforeseen circumstances prevent us from providing your requested accommodation, we will offer an alternative stay or a full refund.
Cancellation Policy – A 100% cancellation fee applies if cancelled within 15 days of check-in.
Early Departure – In case of a premature departure, the full package cost for unused days will be forfeited.
